Some may have already read about Phil's reason for not playing in the just concluded international tourney.
I could remember when i was about his age, full of ideology and principles. Although Phil's reasons in my opinion is just petty, just too childish. I'm not saying that in a negative way against him.
It is just that Phil is still young, and he just needs our understanding and consideration.

Don't blame Phil blame his entourage, manager. agent, publicist and handlers... whatever you may call it. He has been ill advised. I call this the Robhino effect. Just see what good the move to Manchester City has done him to be the best football player in the world. Money isn't everything but you need it to survive. It is not like Phil had to go broke playing for the Azkals. Somebody from his camp got pissed for not getting paid and reimbursed for their expenses.
