I think Leonora reall need to learn how to be tough and play tough.
He also need to improve his fitness, so that he can play for full 90 minutes (kung napapagod ka, hindi magandang makita yan sa field, lahat ng top level footballers dapat kayang kaya maglaro for 90 minutes).
Football is not like Basketball, baseball, or NFL or Ice Hockey...you cannot asked for a substitution just because you are tired. In football, specially Rugby Union, you need to be a man and learn to be tough enough to play 90 minutes....if you want substitution, play basketball.
Look at Ronaldinho (Brazil), Ronaldo (Portugal), Beckham (England), Maradona (Argentina)...they know they are a marked man. They know that everytime they play they will be the target of rough plays....but do you see them give up....do you see them ask for a substitution....NO...they need to play 90 minutes because their team need them to play for 90 minutes...no matter how tired or how hurt they are - they need to continue.
