Colin Powell, who is as american as can be was actually not even american, he is Jamaican, his parents were full blooded JAMAICANS. now just think if the americans said, oh no he cant be an american solider, oh no he cant be the chief of staff of the armed forces, becuase he's not full blooded american. That would have deprvied america of a great leader and great talent, who contributed much to their country and society. so lets stop this bullshit about fil-foreighners and full blooded filipinos, as long as it is allowed by the rules and they contribute, why should we stiop progress just because of some backward thinking BIGOTS.
