i'm a newb at football.
We just had our intramural at our school. Our team was tied with the nursing department with 1 win and 2 losses. Now the problem is the ranking system. they said that the point system will be used in ranking the teams. What is the process of point system and can somebody attached a document that says it is the proper way/ process of using the point system.

Loss - 0 points, Win - 3 points, Draw or Tie - 1 points
If two teams has the same points, for example two teams has 5 points each, the team that scored more goals will be ranked higher.

...and if they tie in how many total goals are scored, it goes to how many goals conceded. Have fun!!!
