Sorry for the confusion, it's for below 19 year old kids. If you're 19, then you're overage. You can try Under 23.

    Hi.

Im 15 years old. I would like to try out.
But there is a slight problem as i am in Qatar at the moment, studying. I am moving to philippines next year for college.
I already have both approval of my parents to tryout for the AZKALS.
I want to ask if there is any chance of trying out next year.
My coaches already say i have potential and i have played school leagues in qatar as a Mid-fielder.

Hi, my son would like to trial for the Philippine team but unfortunately unable to do so this time as we didn't know until now. Just accidentally found this website today. He is at the moment playing for the Premier Youth competition in Brisbane and in the first XI at Ipswich Grammar School. He has been in representative teams here in Queensland. Premier Youth competition is the top U19 competition here in Queensland Australia. My son is around 6 feet tall, very fast (being 400m State runner), skillful and disciplined. He plays striker or winger (right or left does not matter). If anybody got any information on the next trial, can you please let us know. We want our country to be recognized as a power to be reckoned with so let us join forces to bring all our best assets together. Mabuhay ang ating bayang Pilipinas.

Few highlights of my son's games during the weekend playing for the GPS game (school)-Saturday and Premier Youth (club) - Sunday. He's available for trial in December so we might probably go home then. He's been selected by the NSR for US college football scholarship and will be playing with the Kick for Goals invitational team in New Zealand in September (i was originally scheduled for Japan but bec of the disaster there it was cancelled). It is just unbelievable that the recent ascendancy of soccer in the Philippines through the AZKALS success has spawned so much interests from abroad. I'd say, "bring all these Fil-for kids home" to get soccer going in PHL. Forget about basketball...PHL will never be a basketball power. In soccer there is a chance.
